I liked both the atmosphere of the hotel and the state of the room. The service was excellent and the staff was so nice and helpful! One of my best experiences with hotels.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

The hotel offers an excellent breakfast experience. The wide variety of food choices and attentive staff make for a great start to the day. The hotel's central location is also a big plus. The rooms were cleaned every day. The staff was very friendly. Overall, It was a comfortable and convenient choice for our Abu Dhabi stay, with the standout breakfast being a major highlight.

The drawback was the inability to open the windows in my room.

Good location

Small room ; the furnitures are too big for the room size. I had an issue with a lamp because its location was too close from bed. I had to paid an extra fee for that.

Great size room with good service - Perfect for the price

The reception staff were really friendly and welcoming and the room was small but really clean. the hotel is a little dated but for the price it is fantastic value. location is good for bars and restaurants and the corniche. The bar in the evening was quite lovely and the happy hour has good deals.

staff in the pool bar area were a bit sullen, but other than that it was a good hotel

A Well secured, excellent Hotel located right in the city centre within close proximity to public transport network, many Buses nearby to take u somewhere in a split second, Would stay again in future.

Staff was really friendly, Breakfast and dinner with many different options. Not the highest quality, but according to the price and absolutely okay.

Room has seen some years already, you can see on the walls here and there. Overall no issue, but should be fixed in the near future.

hot drink provision in the room were poor (one coffee sachet ?). there was no unlocked minibar either. Phoned room service to order food/drinks but there was no answer.

Mr. Praful was really great and helped with the room in the night.

The Arabic reception guy in the morning wouldn't allow me to go in even though I'm the one who booked the room. The sheets according to my girlfriend were like they were slept in. Flush was not working and maintainence had to be called.

No adapter for the outlet. Russian charger plugs are different. It was a big and unpleasant surprise offer staff to charge gadgets at the reception. Coming from the 19th floor to the first floor and sit, waiting for recharging.

Girls on reception were very nice. But hotel are not 4 start at all!!! Hotel is definitely old. All facilities are old: doors, air conditioner, bathroom, gym.... In rooms wasn’t bathrobe! In room wasn’t normal TV programs. In bathroom is smell from smoked cigarettes...terrible! Not beautiful hotel at all. Very important thing - in swimming pool allowed children from 12 years old. Maximum 3 stars...breakfast is good and service also.

Really tasteful breakfast and good service.

Massage. Technically it was OK, but.... If you'll order classical massage for the upper half of your tired body, you must be naked! This girl asked several times "do you want something else?".... You do not get a receipt from the manager for the paid money and so you cannot prove being there at all. Even the room was more like a public house, not a therapy cabinet! Maybe somebody likes it, but I'm still piqued.

Novel hotel it's my destination in abudhabi but now dont think so that i will reserve there again A lot of things get changed with this new management and it's really bad Room 1. No slippers 2. No bathrobes 3. Bad smell 5. Bed not clean 6. Washroom not clean Reception 1. They need more training how to satisfied the guest 2. They dont know how to handle the guest complaints 3. I request first aid no one delivered to me 4. I order food from out side they tell me come and collected from lobby ( with unprofessional way ) that mean we will not help cause u did not order from our kitchen 6. If you order from room service you have to pay it in the same time, they will not charged to your room and upon checkout u will pay . 5. No communication at alI. I checkout in the morning they ask me to pay the parking even morning duty manager provided for me free 6. Night shift not answering the phone Really the management needs to have a look into this things. The previous team in the reception they are more professional than now.

I like the location close to supermarket , restaurants ... and the staff on general were very kinf and friendly like Mr.Afraz and specially Ms.Rumbi she was very helpful she give us a nice room and she has an amazing customer service skills. Definitely i will come back again.

I like that it’s very accessible. It’s from the city centre and so many available restaurants and shops around.

They gave us a room that was not yet ready, all stuff from the previous guest were still there. When we called them about it, they asked us to wait in that room for the cleaners to clean it. But eventually, they just gave us another room. I think they should have better communication amongst their staff because it really causes an inconvenience to their guests especially when they are coming from a long flight.

Hotel is in heart of the city, access to many shops near by the hotel, perfect location to stay.

Everything was perfect so there's nothing about the hotel that we didn't like.

Facilities are run down, need new mattresses and carpets, and general face lift. The double-bed I booked was not available upon arrival - got two single small beds until change of room on the next day. Was told my room was gone as other guests arrived before me while I indicated my arrival time at time of booking. Walls of room allow a lot of noise to go through, could her a kid and parents the whole night.
